Working with Tiffany as my midwife has been one of the most grounding, supportive, and empowering experiences of my life. From the very first appointment, she listened deeply—truly listened. I never felt rushed, never felt pushed along, and always felt completely seen, heard, and cared for. Her presence made every visit feel calm, intentional, and safe. The community space Tiffany has built is nothing short of incredible. Under one roof, there’s a chiropractor, massage therapist, pediatrician, countless resources, and thoughtfully created groups for every stage of pregnancy and motherhood. Through the Pregnancy Circle, I found real community—support, friendship, and a place to share this transformative season with others who understand it. Soon, I’ll join the New Mama Circle, and in the in-between, I’ve been able to attend a maternal mental health group that has been equally grounding. My home birth with Tiffany was truly magical. I felt held, protected, and fully supported from the contractions to those quiet early moments with my baby in my arms. Her care didn’t end there—postpartum, she continued to show up with the same warmth and attentiveness she offered throughout pregnancy. Tiffany has created more than a practice; she has built a community where women and families feel safe, connected, and empowered. I’m endlessly grateful for her steady presence and the beautiful space she has cultivated.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this group. Tiffany is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable midwife who is very detail oriented. She was so thorough in the way she took care of both me and my baby. I have no doubt if I didn’t choose her as my provider my birth would have been very different. This was my first pregnancy and from start to finish she was absolutely incredible. She gave me everything I could have wanted in a birth for my first baby. She has an amazing team around her. Lexi is so kind, professional, and timely. Every time you could in you feel like you are part of the family. Alyssa is one of a kind doula. Her education and knowledge prior helped me feel so prepared and empowered. Not to mention how supportive she was during and after birth. Forever thankful I chose these women. They also offer a variety of support after baby from lactation consultants (Alisha, who is also amazing) and bluebird pediatrics (Tiffany, who has been such a gem to have). Could not recommend this group enough!

Absolutely love the Birth Collective! I attend the pregnancy circles regularly and utilize all of their resources. Such a great community and everyone is always so helpful and friendly. 10/10 whether you are doing a home birth or a hospital birth.

I have nothing but wonderful feelings and things to say about Tiffany and Leanna. I had my dream home birth but what was unexpected was the level or care I got prenatally and postpartum. I saw Tiffany and Leanna 5 times postpartum instead of the standard one time at 6 weeks. Midwifery care is much more thorough and truly makes mom feel cared for postpartum. My home birth was very fast but Leanna responded and was so supportive and calming when I needed that most. Tiffany is so knowledgeable and guided me during my pregnancy and postpartum. The Saint Augustine birth collective, and all of the team members there, is the best midwife center in the Jacksonville and st aug area.

I am so grateful for Tiffany! From the very beginning of my pregnancy, she made me feel heard, supported, and completely at ease. Even though my birth plan changed and I transferred to the hospital, she was by my side every step of the way. Her calm presence, gentle hands, and reassuring words made such a difference during labor. She truly listened to me throughout my entire pregnancy, respected my choices, and helped me feel safe and cared for during one of the most vulnerable experiences of my life. I can’t imagine going through this journey without her. If you’re looking for a midwife who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and unwavering in her support, Tiffany is the one.

I remember when we found out we were pregnant we didn’t know anybody in Saint Augustine because we had just moved here a month ago my Husband and I wanted to go natural way. We googled, and just decided to meet see if it’s the right place for us. When we met the team at STA Birth Collective, we definitely felt this was the place. Now that we have our little one, thinking back, we could never done it without the team of STA Birth Collective Midwife Tiffany Martin , our doula Alissa Megeath , Lexi , Dr Cruz . There isn’t enough space to write my love and gratitude for Midwife Tiffany. When I say that she and Alyssa made my entire pregnancy, birth, and postpartum the most amazing experience, I mean THE MOST AMAZING. The level of care, love, selflessness, and dedication to making your journey into motherhood is unmatched with this group. My labor lasted longer than I anticipated and they were by my side the entire time- giving of all their time and talents. As a first time mom, I couldn’t have asked for a better birth team.

My husband and I are so happy that we chose STA Birth Collective for our first pregnancy and birth experience. It truly is a one stop shop... pregnancy circles, a birth/postpartum doula in house who offers maternity and birth photos, birth education classes, prenatal yoga, chiropractic care, new moms group, lactation support, pediatric care... and they continue to expand - I know they now have an acupuncturist and offer well-women care as well. It was truly comforting and amazing to know that everything we needed was at our fingertips. Midwife Tiffany is so kind, comforting, friendly, knowledgable, and truly made me feel seen and heard the entire time I was under her care. During my appointments, I felt that she was very present with me and that nothing else was as important as being with me (and my husband when he was able to come to the appointments) in that moment - which is truly priceless. She, as well as the other members of the Collective treated us like family every step of the way - and they still do, even after the baby was born, because postpartum care is exceptional (postpartum visits, new moms circle, etc.). You are never made to feel alone throughout the entire journey. There is nobody else I would have preferred to help with delivering our precious baby boy for our home birth. Tiffany truly has a gift and a passion for midwifery and she absolutely shines during the birth. She is very professional, focused, and determined to give you the best possible birth experience possible, all while using her wisdom and experience to make very important decisions under pressure, when necessary - yet always keeping your preferences at the forefront. I highly recommend using Tiffany as your midwife, as well as the entire Birth Collective. I doubt you will find anything quite like it.

Tiffany is truly one of a kind—she’s like a “momma bear” in the best possible way. From the moment I met her, I knew she was the one for me. She’s patient, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our appointments were always thorough and never rushed, typically lasting an hour. I always left each appointment feeling clear and confident, knowing that Tiffany had addressed all of my concerns. As my pregnancy progressed, I had a few minor issues, including reduced fetal movement and high blood pressure, but Tiffany was always there when I needed her. When I had to risk out of a home birth due to my high blood pressure, Tiffany didn't hesitate to show up at the hospital and stayed by my side through the birth of my baby. She did all my postpartum visits, and during those early weeks, when I was feeling uncertain, I remember calling her at 3 a.m. in a panic (sorry girl), and she was right there to help me. Tiffany made every part of this journey easier and more manageable. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional midwife.

We had a wonderful experience with Tiffany at the St. Augustine birth collective! After our initial visit with Tiffany we knew we wanted her as our midwife and it was the best decision. I left all of my prenatal visits feeling comfortable and confident about our decision to have a homebirth. During my birth, Tiffany’s presence was calming and encouraging and I was able to have a beautiful birth experience at home. She completed my postpartum visits at home and has always made me feel supported and at ease during this transformative time. I am excited to birth more babies with her in the future!

I worked with Midwife Tiffany Martin throughout my pregnancy and really appreciated her care, expertise, and support. I feel beyond lucky to have worked with Tiffany on my beautiful and safe home birth. I came across Tiffany around 20 weeks into pregnancy and was so relieved to feel heard and supported with individualized care… especially after being cast aside at initial hospital/women’s clinic appointments. The collective is an absolute must. Midwife Tiffany has built an incredible resource for the community. I cannot recommend her enough, her attentiveness and care was more than I could have asked for. Prenatal and birthing experience made me feel incredibly safe and confident. The postpartum care was 1000 times more than you’ll get with most providers. We had some troubles with our little in the beginning and thanks to having our midwife, doula, pediatrician, and lactation all working together as a team to support us was incredibly helpful. I wouldn’t do another pregnancy and birth without the StA birth collective!!

Tiffany was the most amazing midwife to have throughout my pregnancy, during labor and delivery, and postpartum. She worked with me to find the best options for all situations that arose throughout this period of time. She is so knowledgeable, peaceful, and reassuring to have as a midwife who will support you during the most transformative moments of your life. I’ve been going to Sta Birth Collective for the mom group hosted my Alyssa (she’s an amazing doula and craniosacral therapist as well) my baby’s pediatrician Tiffany James and her chiropractor Dr Cruz are also there. We also saw Alicia who helped us a ton during our breastfeeding journey. They are an amazing team of women working together to give us mamas and our babies the best care we can possibly have. The office is super cozy and Lexi is always there with her sweet baby Wes greeting us and making sure we feel welcomed. I’m so thankful for them and what they do for the community. Although I was deemed a high risk pregnancy after multiple c-sections and legally not allowed to have the full home birth experience I originally wanted, Midwife Tiffany generously offered to sit with me as a doula to help me labor at home for as long as possible and successfully navigate an unmedicated, natural birth. Tiffany felt like family from day one, and she really held space for me, allowing me to labor however I needed to until it was time to leave for the hospital. Knowing she was there with her knowledge and expertise helped me relax and concentrate on the task at hand instead of worrying about needing to leave for the hospital soon. She really anticipated every need and stepped in when I needed it with a sip of juice, a squeeze or shake of my hips, advocating for me when I needed her to but was unaware of it. And when things felt too hard or too scary, she calmly reminded me of all the things I already knew inside; I could do this and I was doing it. We are forever grateful for Tiffany and the experience she facilitated while we brought Freya earthside, as well as all the ways she has continued to love on our family even beyond birth.

Tiffany is an amazing human and midwife. If you are looking for genuine support, Tiffany is your person. She is everything I would ask for in a home-birth provider. She is knowledgeable, supportive, a cheerleader, and very educated in keeping moms and baby’s healthy every step of the way. She welcomes pregnant women and new moms to her office with open arms offering community and resources and authentically supports anyone’s journey and choice to achieve their desired birth. It’s never about her, it’s always about how she can support you. You’re in great hands, mama.

I interviewed several midwives when I got pregnant, and I could not be more glad that I chose Tiffany. From the moment I met her, I knew I could trust her with my care for my first baby. Tiffany is everything anyone could ask for in a midwife! She is kind, calming, knowledgeable and cares so much for the mothers she works with. She was the missing piece this community needed. She is passionate about giving the best support and really taking care of mothers and their families. Through every challenge my pregnancy brought, she was there to reassure me and guide me through. She even came in late one night after hours to check on me and my baby after I’d been in a fender bender and needed some peace of mind. She is a literal angel. Tiffany is great about giving you all of the information, and letting you make the best decisions for you and your family — all while supporting you and making you feel heard. She is professional and offers so much beyond just your standard midwifery care. I used to joke that my appointments with her were also my monthly therapy sessions. She really dives into your emotional wellness just as much as your physical wellness. Beyond Tiffany’s amazing midwifery care, STA Birth Collective offers the community mothers need in pregnancy and postpartum — something this area was desperately lacking. They host a variety of support groups and classes, and they have holistic practitioners like lactation support, chiropractic and pediatrics all in one place. I could not imagine my first pregnancy without Tiffany and STA Birth Collective and I will hands down use her again for any future pregnancies. She is the best at what she does!

Tiffany and her team are absolute rockstars! Home births can be scary, but the time, care, and guidance Tiffany and the team at STA Birth Collective provide not only gave us the confidence we needed ahead of our first home birth, but made following Tiffany for our second a no brainer. As parents we want what’s best for our kiddos. In these times of “just follow the experts” it can be hard to know what that is. Our confidence and two successful home births didn’t just come from STABC’s expertise, which is ample, but from the genuine interest they have in explaining all options available, the risks and benefits of them, and what might be best for your family. Best of all, this guidance is pressure free, meaning you can make an informed decision with their unbiased support. We are so grateful for Tiffany and her team. Although we moved out of Florida, we would seriously consider moving back for our next child because we love how wonderful they have made our birthing experiences.

Ditto what all of the other reviews say about how amazing Tiffany is!! I worked with Tiffany for the birth of my first child and I can't imagine doing it without her care, guidance, and support. I started my pregnancy at a traditional OB office, but switched to Tiffany's care when I was about 28 weeks along. I wish I had switched sooner! She provided support, knowledge, and resources every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make the journey as comfortable as possible for me. For example - when I needed additional services that she didn't provide, she made the calls and scheduled the appointments for me. Literally all I had to do was show up! I ended up having to go to the hospital at 42 weeks, but Tiffany set everything up and made that transition easy also (and met me at the hospital). If I get pregnant again, Tiffany will be one of the first people I call!

Tiffany was a dream midwife and I will be using her again in the future! She provided my prenatal care, made me feel completely prepared, and then attended my home birth in July of 2022 where she continuously made me feel safe and empowered throughout the entire 32 hour active labor ordeal. Things didn’t go completely as planned, at no fault of her own, but she made decisions that got my girl safely earth side and we are so grateful for her role in the birth of our girl.

Tiffany is magic! After having two home births, briefly attended traditional midwifery school myself, once a birth assistant, certified lactation counselor, and currently a registered nurse, I had high expectations for my midwifery care. That being said, Tiffany met all of my standards in a midwife! She is personable, professional, punctual to appointments, incredibly thorough, and very trustworthy. I highly recommend her midwifery services!

I had a wonderful homebirth after cesarean with Tiffany as my midwife. She did a wonderful job coaching me through some of the hardest moments and I am so thankful that she was there.

I’m a first time mom and had lots of anxiety about giving birth and pregnancy. I met Tiffany and instantly felt comfortable talking to her and looked forward to having her around for my birth. I always looked forward to seeing her for my appointments. She has a warm positive attitude that made me feel relaxed. My baby had other plans once it came time for her to arrive, but even with my birth plan did not working out I was still grateful for all the support and love I had received from Tiffany and my other midwives.

Tiffany is amazing! I first met her when I was having my first son 3 years ago and it was one of The most amazing experiences ever she’s so sweet and honest and very open and loving ! I would recommend her to any one ! Any one who’s unsure or who’s ready to start there home birth journey she so Knowledgeable and will help you choose what’s best for you and Your baby without any pressure , I recently just told someone she was more like my support system / friend she was so sweet ! 100/10 would recommended to any one from labor to postpartum ! I’m so happy at how far she’s come and can’t wait to watch her continue to bloom! Now if only I could find away to duplicate her in Pennsylvania now to deliver my baby due in December would be amazing ❤️

We could not have asked for a better midwife experience! Midwife Tiffany was incredible to work with, from prenatal all the way to postpartum. She is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and fun. Her knowledge and professionalism instilled the confidence between me and my husband that we needed. She was responsive, available, and honest. We loved that she provided evidence based perspectives to inform our decisions and did not pressure us into anything. She made us feel comfortable and supported as people she truly cared about, instead of just another set of patients. Most importantly, on the day of our daughter’s arrival, Tiffany was calm and collected, but also got down to business to ensure a smooth delivery for momma and baby. We are so thankful to have had her support and guidance!

The care that Tiffany gives you from pregnancy to post partum is truly top tier. I always enjoyed having my check ups with her and was SO happy she was able to attend my birth. I remember at one of my check ups towards the end of my pregnancy, she told me once you’re in active labor you won’t really notice if anyone is coming or going, but I instantly noticed her walk in the room and felt her calming & positive energy. The women who you choose to have around you during your birth mean a lot, and I’m so very grateful I had here there.

We had a little bit of a unique situation. We were having a baby through surrogacy. My best friend was carrying an embryo of ours. Tiffany was warm and welcoming since day one despite our circumstances being a little unique. She is such a warm and welcoming presence. Her kindness is palpable.

A natural birth has always been a dream of mine, if you’re wondering if a home birth is right for you it is! Tiffany is an outstanding, knowledgeable, compassionate midwife that was always supportive to any situations my new family would go through. Tiffany is an amazingly caring and compassionate person, and I couldn’t have imagined having anyone else help deliver my child. I wish I could have had her at my first birth!
