Birthing Classes & Support Groups

Our Pregnancy and New Mama Circles are groups hosted by moms, for moms – therefore, we do not have one dedicated host for these groups. We rotate curated hosts varying from moms in our community, to birth workers and local providers.

The goal is not to highlight one specific host, but to create a judgement-free community space where moms can share experiences, resources, and find their tribe.

No! Our Community Support Groups are almost all free and always open to clients of all practices. Whether you are birthing at home, a birth center or a hospital – our groups are right for you.

While most children attending are babies in arms, children of all ages are always welcome to join. Our space offers toys, snacks and drinks for older children.

While most of our clients sign up for HypnoBirthing Class in their second or third trimester, it is really never too soon to take HypnoBirthing in pregnancy. Taking the class earlier in pregnancy gives you more time to practice the techniques you will be taught throughout the class.

Absolutely! If you are planning a cesarean birth and would like to attend in pregnancy, you absolutely can. It can be very helpful to meet other mothers who have experienced Cesarean Birth to gain insight, resources and support.

Absolutely! Babies and children are always welcome at our groups.
